Maxxis DHR II – 29×2.4 – DD – MaxxTerra V2

The hot patch in the product photo is not necessarily representative of this specific tire. See product title or description for exact tire specs.

The Minion DHR is a phenomenal rear tire for just about every type of terrain and riding condition. Large side knobs generate immediate cornering traction while the blocky center knobs dig deep into the terrain under braking. If you’re looking for a great rear tire for any trail, enduro, freeride or DH bike, the Maxxis Minion DHR2 tire should be at the top of your list. Also a popular front tire option for many riders who enjoy the same braking traction characteristics on the front end of the bike.

The updated MaxxTerra V2 compound claims a 30% increase in durability, a 15% increase in grip, and identical rolling speed to the previous version. Seems too good to be true? Perhaps! But the wizards over at Maxxis have cooked up an even better MaxxTerra compound for us to enjoy!
